Recently, IEEE EPS notified that the Best Associate Editor Award (IEEE Best Associate Editor Award) was awarded to Professor Luo Xiaobing for his outstanding contributions when he serves as IEEE Transactions on Components, Packaging and Manufacturing Technology Associate Editor.

      Professor Luo Xiaobing won the IEEE CPMT Exceptional Technical Achievement Award in 2016 and was elected as an IEEE Fellow in 2017.
