日前，电气电子工程师协会（IEEE）电子封装学会（EPS）通知，最佳副编辑奖（IEEE Best Associate Editor Award）授予了罗小兵教授，以奖励他在担任IEEE Transactions on Components, Packaging and Manufacturing Technology Associate Editor期间所做出的突出贡献。

    罗小兵教授2016年获 IEEE CPMT Exceptional Technical Achievement Award（IEEE封装协会杰出技术成就奖），2017年当选 IEEE Fellow。
